1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CngEv.in (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, landowners, and investors.

2. Infrastructure Submissions

When you use the "+ Suggest Site" feature to add a CNG or EV station to the India Grid, you represent and warrant that:

• Physical Existence: The infrastructure node physically exists at the coordinates provided.
• Data Accuracy: You will not use GPS-spoofing or provide fraudulent coordinates.
• Media Rights: Any "Proof of Existence" photos uploaded are taken by you in real-time and do not violate third-party intellectual property.
• Audit Integrity: You acknowledge that submissions undergo AI verification and manual administrative audit before becoming "Verified" on the public grid.

3. Land Partnership Portal

The Landowner Portal allows property owners to offer highway or block-road land for clean energy infrastructure development.

• Non-Binding Nature: Submission of a land proposal does not constitute a lease agreement or a guarantee of selection.
• Feasibility Scores: AI-generated feasibility scores and "ROI Match" percentages are estimates for screening purposes only.
• Verification: CngEv.in reserves the right to conduct on-site inspections and title verification before shortlisting any property.

4. Investment Marketplace

The Investor Portal provides access to shortlisted infrastructure projects.

5. Platform Usage & AI

We use Generative AI and Computer Vision to automate grid auditing. While we strive for 100% accuracy, we are not liable for errors in station categorization, contact number retrieval, or district detection. We reserve the right to remove any node from the grid that fails our periodic technical audits.

6. Intellectual Property

The name "CngEv.in," our proprietary grid mapping algorithms, geohash indexing logic, and the "India Verified Grid" data aggregation are the exclusive property of CngEv.in Infrastructure Network. Unauthorized scraping or commercial use of our station database is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
