If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Infrastructure Auditing & Submissions
CngEv.in operates a crowdsourced and AI-verified infrastructure grid. When you suggest a site or verify a node, you agree:
Data Integrity: You will not provide fraudulent coordinates or manipulate GPS data. Any user found submitting "Ghost Nodes" (non-existent stations) will be permanently banned.
Media Rights: By uploading "Proof of Existence" photos, you grant CngEv.in a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use these images for grid auditing and public display.
3. Disclaimer of Liability
Critical Limitation
The technical grid data, fuel prices, and RTO registration trends provided on CngEv.in are aggregated from third-party sources and crowdsourced audits. While we strive for 100% precision, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information.
Users should verify station uptime and fuel availability locally. CngEv.in is not responsible for any vehicle damage, fines, or fuel refusal resulting from the use of platform data.
4. Investment & Land Proposals
AI-generated ROI scores and feasibility reports are automated estimates. CngEv.in does not provide financial or legal advice. Investors must conduct independent due diligence before committing capital to any shortlisted project. Land submissions do not guarantee a lease or partnership.
5. Automated Alerts
Our CNG Hydrotest Reminder engine is a safety utility. While we attempt to send timely alerts, the legal responsibility for vehicle compliance rests solely with the owner. We are not liable for missed reminders or fueling refusals due to expired certificates.
